As the title reads. Tell about if you've had surgery and what for. Was it a good experience or a bad one? I had surgery on my left nut a few years back because i had a hyrdoseal(pretty much a cyst) got many lols at school when i told them why. However it was the greatest day of my life. I went under and woke up a second later and then sat around all day in my house playing splinter cell double agent
nope
No, But I got a Vandenbos treatment on toe
I got my umbilical cord cut when I was a baby, if that counts.
Yup had most the bone cut outta my left foot to get rid of some infection from a break.
no
Two times. Once to have a Pilonidal Cyst removed, the whole experience after waking up from the surgery has hell for a good 4 months. Getting my wisdom teeth taken out, all 4 at once, had it done last Thursday. I've been sitting around on pain pills playing games. So, if you're getting surgery it'll either be great and you'll get to sit on your ass for days on end. Or it'll be horrible and you'll have to go through horrifyingly painful followup surgeries and healing processes.
what's a pilonidal cyst?
Yep, back in 2006 I had an inguinal hernia(Google it if you don't know; it's very painful) and the surgery part of it wasn't bad......they knock you out with drugs via a I.V. tube. On the other hand, the recuperation part was awful. Have you ever been in so much pain that you sweat and feel like you're going to vomit? Oh yeah, and wisdom tooth surgery sucked as well....couldn't eat hardly anything for two weeks; it's a good way to lose weight!
I've had a rather unusual surgery. I can't remember much of what caused it (I was round 4ish at the time) but I have a unique scar on my dick to remind me.

A few minor ones.
I had to actually get a "skin-tag" removed from my left nipple. It was purely for cosmetic purposes, and was barely noticeable and it was done in third grade. I remembered I was laughing from the actual laughing gas, and I saw them put the IV in my hand and didn't feel a thing. However, when I woke up they had me strapped down and I looked the nurse in the eye and said "Wha-" and a projectile vomit landed in the bucket in front of me and I passed out (again.) Overall it was decent.

I removed a ganglion cyst from my right hand a few weeks ago. I had local anesthesia so I was conscious, and talked through the surgery with the doctors and the nurses. At start it hurted alot, when they sticked the needle with anesthesia inside my hand, but after that, I didn't feel pretty much anything, just a little pain here and there, and they gave me more anesthesia when I ask. I took a week to write again, and 2 to take out the sterile strip. The gave the stitches inside, so they degrade, no need to remove. Now there's a cool looking 1.5 cm scar in on my wrist : ) If you are doing surgery, don't worry, its easier than it sounds. And ask the nurses for sugar, I got a bit nauseous because of the stress, and it helped allot.
Yes, twice. Once in December to get part of my lower bowel removed and create an ileostomy. Second surgery to remove the ileostomy and connect it back to my rectum. Worst part of both was needing a foley catheter because for the first 3 days I couldn't get up out of my bed and therefore could not piss. This is a foley catheter for anyone who does not know. This thing kept me awake through the night and was extremely painful.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out. That kind of sucked, but overall wasn't too bad.
nope
When i was little I ran into some kid really fast and his teeth slammed into my forehead. So I had this gash right above my eyebrow, had to go in and get it treated. The other kid had to get new braces I think.
Wisdom teeth out ftl
Once to have some weird lump in the back of my mouth burnt off. Once to have a few weird lumps on my head lopped off. If you count having a toenail taken off as surgery, then that too. Nothing major.
When I was 4 days old doctors discovered I had a hole in my small intestine. (See: http://kidshealth.org/parent/medical/digestive/nec.html). They had to cut open my stomach and remove 4" of my intestine that was diseased. I don't obviously remember it, but i have a foot long scar across my stomach that's about 1" deep. Sucks :(
My appendix ruptured, i remember lots of drips, injections, ambulances and feeling intense pain followed by intense pleasure - when i was 13. Had some bone cut off my shoulder because my arm-bone decided to try and grow another arm out of my shoulder or something. Had a breast reduction because my body decided it wants to be a girl and grow tits - i was an epic trap with developing girl tits for a while however (no, not man tits because i'm slim). I just have scars now that you can't really see.
No, I've never had surgery, had any disease, I'm not allergic to anything, never been stung by a bee or wasp, never broken a bone etc. etc. Sometimes I think I am blessed. :smug:
no

Yep, They stiched up my head, if that counts, Also: I recently had a throat surgery
