Ok, so this have been going on for a few months. What happens is, after I play a game for a bit, this can be from 30 minutes up to two hours, it crashes into a blackscreen.
Yet my computer's still running. If there was ingame music going on, it'll loop. Every game I have on Steam, which are all pretty graphically intensive tend to crash.

Are those temperatures at idle or under load ?
I assume from the CPU load it is idle.
Actually both your CPU and GPU temperature is really high for just being idle.
