My crackhead brother sold my moms phone for 60 dollars. - General

I called and told the lady that we just wanted the phone back, and she gave us the option to buy it back. I told her it was out of the question, and she threatened me calling me every name in the book, and telling me not to bug her then. Well, mom's gonna shut the phone tomorrow morning and get a new one, and she has given me permission to royally fuck with this whore [b]all night.[/b] However, I have no idea how to start. I heard there was a website where I could put a # in and it would send hundreds of txts over a span of a few minutes, what was the website? Also, should I post the # on /b/? I'm not a 4channer but I heard that if they get any form of info on someone that they'll destroy them. Suggestions? Uhh, if the phone is on and was made in the past few years, then it has a GPS tracker which can be activated remotely via the police. The United States mandated the integration of such functionality because they were unable to respond to 911 hangups or efficiently trace 911 calls made from cell phones. Report it stolen and get the police to retrieve it. The police aren't just for writing tickets.
