Could you guys give me some advice on what route I should take? I dont know if I should redo college and do different subjects until I find my balance (don't know how I will be able to afford University if I choose to do that). I've applied for Universities but failed the entry test to get into my first choice. I have 10 GCSE's A*-C; English; B Maths: C Science: B Along with couple of NVQ's and a BTEC The highest subjects I excelled in where; Physics: A History: A* ICT: Distinction I studied Aeronautical Engineering at Extended Diploma Level at college and gained: D*DD eqv (360 UCAS Points, distinctions) I'm good at what I put my mind too, but I dont think Engineering interests me anymore (at least what I do), I've applied for Apprenticeships and being processed for the Royal Navy (yet to make final decision) Im just worried about my future. Does anyone have any past experiences or advice to give about this situation?
-snip- Didn't read the op fully, I feel like a dumbass.
No problem, looked at community colleges but none are available or highly credited in my area.
that is some pretty good grades. Also, what would you like to do?
Awesome job on Physics, you might want to pursue that.
Thanks, I dont know what I want to do, Im interested in space but it turns out aerospace engineering is just aircraft maintenance and nothing to do with actual space, at least I learned about the atmospheres and aircraft functions/theories.
So what is the problem exactly?
Can't decide on what to do; uni, apprenticeships, navy, college again Just want to see if anyone has had the same problem and what they've chose to do, just unsure on my future and what path I want to take
