Probably Golden Sun for advanced. Zelda Oracle of Ages/Seasons for GBC.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, Metroid Zero Mission, or Final Fantasy II from Final Fantasy I&II Dawn of Souls. To the point where those three games are the only reason I even own a GBA (GB Micro technically but whatever) anymore.

It's just Advance, never Advanced. Hell, even on the Wikipedia page "advanced" isn't used once.

Game Boy: Pokémon Yellow. Topped so many hours into it that the cartridge died mysteriously. Wouldn't boot.
Game Boy Color: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. It was a new RPG to me, since almost literally every move you made used magic points (MP). Also had catchy music. Don't laugh.
Game Boy Advance: Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. It honestly ties with the first GBA game I owned, Sonic Advance.

GBC- Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, Pokemon Gold/Silver
GBA- This one was hard, as the GBA is probably my favorite handheld system.
Megaman Zero, Golden Sun, and Mario & Luigi: uperstar Saga come to mind.
And Metroid Fusion. And Minish Cap.
