Fingers crossed more time in the cooker is a good thing
Honestly can't see this as a bad thing from a development standpoint
Valuable feedback would of been given through Xbox playtesting, and instead of rushing out a PC test so everyone else can enjoy it, it's been managed efficiently so that new changes to balance/improve gameplay can be tested alongside any anything PC related.
Only thing it's got against it really is the obvious waiting time for anyone who's really keen to play it

The Witcher 3 was delayed to hell and back, and that came out really well.
XCOM 2 was also delayed and turned out awesome.
No Man's Sky was delayed and it turned out awe-... oh, nevermind.
