Would it be illegal for an American to cross the border with the intention of walking to Alaska?
Would it be illegal for an American to cross the border with the intention of walking to Alaska?
Damn that's a long walk. If you have an enhanced driver's license or a passport you can cross legally.
Get out of here supertramp
HOW would even fucking do that.? it would take you a good month or a year.
How the balls do you intend to walk to Alaska? No it's not illegal, but it sounds pretty damn impossible. CBSA may deny you entry because they'd be worried you'd die in the mountains.
You can hitchhike quite easily - I've had friends that made it from Vancouver to Dawson City - but I'd warn you that certain parts (notably the highway of tears) aren't exactly too safe. Not mainly from people, mind you. Wildlife and the elements are more of a threat, and if you aren't prepared, you shouldn't be going.
i can sell you some potions to help you on your quest.
Walking the Coq can take a week on its own. Driving from Vancouver to the Yukon border can also take up to a week in good weather. You're looking at several months of walking.
