Is there a definitive, non-spyware YouTube audio downloading utility?

I tried searching for this topic because I assume it's been asked before, but my search function at the moment is malfunctioning and just taking me to a blank page.

So, is there a freeware / open source program that's good for downloading the audio track of a YouTube video? I know searching for one on Google will return dozens of results, but most of them are spyware-loaded or hijacking sites that try to link you to different pay utilities.

Any ideas / experience in the matter?

I use a site, it's the best site I've seen sofar, you put the youtube link and it creates an mp3. It's quite fast (for me). The site won't download the video though. I also don't notice any quality loss. There's also an option to choose high quality, but as far as I know, nothing much changes (not even the download speed) if you choose that.

I use it a lot, it's very useful and fast. WHen I go to the site, it redirects me to the Dutch version ([url]http://www.video2mp3.net/nl/[/url], because I live in The Netherlands) and perhaps it could be the server is located in The Netherlands, resulting in fast downloads for me. Maybe it also has the same thing on other countries. Or maybe it's just a Dutch site.

This is extremely good, I use it to put Youtube videos on my MP3 player. Very handy and never has any problems with downloading.

I've had a few problems with Vixy.net and that's why I switched to YoutubeDownloader.
