So I just fought with my monitor for about 15 minutes trying to get it to come out of stand-by mode. I tried restarting, powering down completely then powering back up, powering down then pulling the PSU cable out and then plugging it back in, I tried turning the monitor on and off, and I tried pulling the monitor's power cable out of the socket and plugging it back in to no avail.
This started happening a few days ago and normally I could just ctrl+alt+del and it would go away, but now it just randomly decides to come back on. I don't even see any boot screens anymore because of this. I'm going to try and uninstall drivers and see if that fixes it when I get home from school, but if anyone has had the same problem with other Samsung monitors or the same one, please let me know how you fixed it.
