I'm mainly looking to upgrade my Cpu, ram and motherboard but if you guys think I need anything else then that's fine, but im quite happy with my other shit i have now.
Also im from Australia so im not to sure I can use that newegg place you guys tend to use, I do however use this place http://umart.com.au/newindex2.phtml?bid=6
or if you guys know any other place I can buy Computer parts in Australia thats fine.
I was looking at these but im not sure.

Note: Linking from umart with chrome seems to be a bit dodgy if you decide to use umart.
I'm also interested in this, I'm planning on an upgrade soon to the Phenom 965.
RAM and CPU are good, but the motherboard runs in x16/x4, which is going to hurt your crossfire performance, and is AM3, so it might not be able to support Bulldozer.
I went over on PCCasegear and chose some parts;

the motherboard is a bit pricey, but imo worth it considering you get AM3+, SLI and crossfire support, x16/x16, as well as USB3 and sata 6gb/s and all that good stuff.

I'm currently not running SLI or crossfire I just chose that board since it was rather cheap.
I also found the Asus M4A78LT-M-LE, AMD 760G/AM3/mATX for $60 on umart, is that board any good?
Also will upgrading these parts give me a good increase in gaming? My current rig seems to have alot of trouble with most new games even on the lowest setting.

Well I've noticed that your memory is clocked at 200mhz (I thought the minimum freq for ddr2 was 667mhz) which could be a bottleneck, but I don't know enough about memory timings and clockspeeds to make a judgement.

You might not be running crossfire now, but in say 2 years, adding another card will be (probably) cheaper and give you equal or even greater performance to buying a new one.
Also that motherboard is mATX, which will limit your expansion opportunities, and AM3, so again, might not be able to use Bulldozer.
I only just downloaded Speccy before this post so im not too good with it, But when i open my Speccy now it says my memory is 389MHz. Im not sure what I did but it seems to alternate between the two speeds.

Fair enough i'll get that board or something similar that Cpu and i guess the ram doesnt seem to matter just any DDR3 ram.

One last question if any one is still around I was looking at this board MSI 890GXM-G65 it has 2 pci x16 one running at x16 and the other running at x8. I heard that when you crossfire x16/x8 that you don't really loose any performance, is this true?
And by the way im not too worried about not being able to run Bulldozer.
