1920s cars are not particularly exciting to drive. But it would be cool to see in a flashback scene like North Yankton in GTAV.
I have strong doubts about GTA being ever properly set in the past again. I would LOVE to see Vice City recreated with an authentic 1980s setting, but I think if they ever do it it'll most likely be VC in the modern era. They probably don't want to get rid of cellphones and internet and snapmatic and whatever (though you could replace snapmatic with polaroid cameras I guess).

As much as I would love another GTA London (Or whatever GTA-verse version of London would be), but they wouldn't go back to the 60's for the same reason
