Alright, there's so much wrong with this, I don't even know where to start. First off, I love their argument how by using a VPN or proxy kids are unable to access porn, while adults do. When in reality kids actually know a whole lot more about this kind of tech stuff and adults in this kind of situation would probably smash their head against their keyboard after 30 desperate minutes of trying to have a wank.
Secondly, you don't fight against child pornography by blocking websites. You fight it by taking down their fucking servers and drag those despicable human beings to court. You don't make a problem go away by ignoring it.
Thirdly, and most importantly, even if you decide to use a shit system like this... then you make them to be opt in and not opt out.
