I've been trying to get a Dualshock 4, using DS4Windows, to have a Mumble push-to-talk key for a while, with no success. It can work by binding an Xbox button, but there isn't one unused enough to not interrupt games. The Dualshock has that nice touchpad which can be assigned any number of keys or mouse presses to use in any other program, except Mumble. It seems like Mumble is incredibly strict about any virtual input.
So, would anyone know a way to get Mumble to be more open to key shortcuts, or a way to get a Dualshock 4 to be more forceful with it's bindings? I know this is a really weird crossover of use cases, but I'd love to be able to use a controller and voice chat at the same time without voice activation.
