So the game comes with a free SU-25T, but there is a SU-25 DLC for it too. I'm.. Not sure I follow.
The DLC is an Su-25A (from Flaming Cliffs 3) with a full 3D 6DoF cockpit. With World you get the Su-25T from Flaming Cliffs 2 with the FC2 quality cockpit.

If you own DCS games do you get the dlc of those games for free?

The SU-25T is the anti tank version, the back seat was removed to fit in extra avionics.

if you own a-10 you get the a-10 dlc for free. That's about it afaik.
