I'm thinking that when I'm going to upgrade again, I'll go for a 5850 instead of another 5770. The 5850 costs 300€ + shipping, while another 5770 costs 150€ + shipping. I had some thoughts but then I forgot it :|
5850
in most games, 5770 crossfire will beat 5850
Ah yes, I had the thought that if I get a 5850, I can go directly to CFire with it, instead of having to sell the 5770s and get sum money and buy one/both :| I dunno, haven't slept in a while and feeling dizzy.
If I'm not mistakened, two 5770's = One 5870.
If I'm not mistakened, two 5770's = One 5870.
Its hard to just compare crossfired cards with a single GPU. In farcry, it may scale well, but in games such as crysis, Crossfire is not going to scale as great. Which is weird, because they were both made by the same developers.
If I'm not mistakened, two 5770's = One 5870.
But 2x 5850 = 1.5 5870? :P It would be "easier" and cheaper to get a 5850 first and then get another one.
