That interview some reason felt like a Always online pay to unlock factions RTS with nothing really special about it other than it being general.
"30% new units" i can see the amount of effort went in to creating weird and unique units is very hard at EA.

EA has stated it won't be Pay2Win, all they are selling are cosmetic items and convenience items, like XP Boosts and Generals.
Generals can be bought from the store, or they can be earned from levelling.
