The ban is for a weapon called the "Alien Probe" which is modified version of the Penetrator from SR3 except instead of batting people you anally rape them. Pretty fucking terrible tbh.

Except Steam games with region specific censoring are almost always region locked, meaning if you play the game from an Australian IP it'll download the censored version or patch your existing files so you'll still get the butchered version.
Rev up that VPN.
Unless you mean the console version, better hope customs doesn't open the package and confiscate it.

I've got the uncensored L4D2, and it's always been uncensored whenever I've downloaded it.
