How do I keep my new PC clean from dust and external agents?

Yesterday I received my new PC and it's quite a beast. It has a Noctua NH-D14 on the core, two fans on the rear side, one on top and one at the bottom and one fan on the front side. Plus it also has an intake on the top. The case is a Cooler Master Storm Enforcer ATX.
My main problem with it is that the PC currently has to reside in a very problematic spot: it's placed in the corner of my room, below my bed and beside my desk, on a small shelf. It's an incredibly dusty place, and the previous PC's aerial intakes were entirely occluded by dust when I removed it to make space for this one. There's also a shelf full of books sitting over the PC, and I believe that might be a source for quite an amount of dust.
Here are a few pictures:

As you can see in the picture above, the PC's placed in a very dusty corner and has not much space behind it for air flow.

This is the grill that's in the upper part of the case. I'm afraid that it might allow in some unwanted stuff. I heard that it's possible to add some finer grained grills over/below it. Is that correct?

As you can see, my bed and a shelve lie over the PC, and they both create quite a bit of dust.
What do you think I should do to fix these problems? I was thinking of moving my desk and my PC to another side of the room and make it so that the PC doesn't have to lie in a dusty corner.
Could you please give me more advice on keeping it clean and making sure dust and other stuff don't get into it and possibly ruin it?
P.S.: Sorry for the rotated pictures, I can't fix them right now.
Clean your room once a week and dust it with pledge?

Also what you can do is get some thin air filters to put on the fans if you want, and if you turn off your PC weekly and take a can of air duster and just do a quick dusting it will be fine. Dust really isn't too big of an enemy of a PC it just creates more heat and a that increases chances of a fire ( which are low in the first place with proper airflow and everything connected right ) So basically as long as you dust around your PC and clean it out with a can of air you'll be fine and you don't have to move your desk if you don't want to.
Make sure you have overpressure (more fans blowing in then out) and get some of those foam filters.
