Every possible thing that could screw up on my Xbox, screwed up

1st of all: My wireless controllers won't sync i've took it apart fixed the RF unit.....nothing happened.
2nd of all: My Disc Tray, well its sticking out a little and it wont close and when you try to open it it only opens a litte and you have to pull it.

HELP?
