Garrys Mod Launch Error

I've recently uninstalled Garrys Mod , and now re-installed it but once I launch it. It comes up with this error

use this, people with the same problem said it fixed it.
+mat_bumpmap 0 +mat_picmip 2 -dxlevel 80

Also learn to google. Took me 5 seconds.
