excessive heat on TMPIN1

Hi!, a few days ago I decided to buy a now PC, everything was ok except one thing, that i cant understand why it reach that temperatures
the motherboard is a MSI 760GMA-P34(FX), and I like to know how can I avoid that temperature

Yeah one of my temp sensors are at like 106 sometimes. no need to worry
