Are there any good desk monitor mounts? (within the UK) That allows the monitor to rotate, and can hold 22" monitors. Which has to be around £20-30?
I couldnt find any rotatable desk mounts for that price range when I was shopping for some, I ended up getting some of these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cable-Mountain-Monitor-Tilts-Swivels/dp/B002QV8THC/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1282478055&sr=8-11 The arm is easily moved off and you can just rescrew the monitor when you want it in portrait/landscape mode.

Could you wall mount as that would be cheaper?
cant student accommodation
Be careful with cheap stands, as they are more likely to dip with the weight of the monitor, and the first one you posted is on amazon but it seems someone had trouble with it bending with the weight of the monitor: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-LT-P227W-Table-Mounting-Monitor/dp/B000RHVPC8/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1282672077&sr=8-16, and the second one some people have problems with it drooping: http://www.amazon.co.uk/LCD502S-Monitor-Bracket-Mounting-Telescopic/dp/B001BSDVW4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1282672077&sr=8-1 Save up a bit more and buy a higher quality one imo.
This is apparently good http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/6364458/Ergotron-45-174-300-Neo-Flex-LCD-Arm-with-Extension-Silver/Product.html?_%24ja=tsid:11518|cc:|prd:6364458|cat:Computers
£65!!!
You have to pay a couple of quid if you want to get good quality, rather than cheap/flimsy metal that will drop with the weight of your monitor, and the last thing you want is to come home and see the monitor stand snapped/damage and the screen scratched or fallen.
