something is bugging me and it's the kind of stress that makes you feel sick type stress ( aka I was feeling happy as a fly and now i am so stressed i feel sick in my gut ( it's do with a job ) so any tips on how to clam my self down do i drink warm milk have shower? or something?

My outlet is music, I come home and just forget the world by getting lost on the guitar for hours. (Or until my fingers hurt too much to play)

Not joking but masturbate. Second best thing is to confront the actual root of the problem and solve it. Anything else is a temporary solution at best.
When you're stressed you focus on the stress which plonks you in a vicious cycle of getting stressed over being stressed. The best way out is distraction. If you have any hobbies you can utterly sink yourself in to, do that. Music (making or listening), exercise, tinkering, writing, meditation, gaming etc. My best recommendation would be to read fiction. Reading is probably one of the best things you can do when you're stressed. It's like playing a game you can't lose, so that's the stress of games (or almost any activity) eliminated as well. It also works to get your mind thoroughly engaged in imagining the world and characters and away from your troubles in a way few other activities do. It doesn't really matter what you're reading, just grab the nearest book to hand and go for it. And once you're de-stressed, break down your problem; what's the goal, what steps do you need to take to complete it. Break down the steps as well if needs be. Lots of little steps are easy to deal with. Also remember perspective. What's the worst case scenario that could happen? If it's to do with your job, worst case you get fired. Then you mooch off your parents/friends/distant relatives/the state until you get another job. More realistic scenario, boss/co-worker/customer has a bitch fit. Doesn't really matter, the problem will get done as fast as it gets done regardless of volume. Just be calm and polite and they'll defuse. And the world will keep spinning. So yeah, tl;dr read a book.
Deep breathing exercises always calm me down. Google them if you aren't exactly sure what I'm talking about.
