I was downloading some game with steam, when it suddenly shut itself down. And got two notifications that mmdriver and CCC crashed. Restarting doesn't help since they crash on boot up. Here's some details from the notifications: Mmdriver: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: MMLoadDrv.exe Application Version: 2.0.0.0 Application Timestamp: 52a239ed Fault Module Name: StackHash_5346 Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.18247 Fault Module Timestamp: 521ea8e7 Exception Code: c0000374 Exception Offset: 000ce753 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 5346 Additional Information 2: 53468af63cc45d214b57746f2cead125 Additional Information 3: 44e7 Additional Information 4: 44e71b8bc1b376a9ceb10f8591e70b4e CCC: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: CCC.exe Application Version: 4.5.0.0 Application Timestamp: 5254e12e Fault Module Name: StackHash_a19a Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.18247 Fault Module Timestamp: 521eaf24 Exception Code: c0000374 Exception Offset: 00000000000c4102 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: a19a Additional Information 2: a19a663789cf85c191cb1525e8dcda38 Additional Information 3: d3b1 Additional Information 4: d3b1a1fef57f41b197aac40dec6d64bf If it matters I had just recently updated my drivers and installed CPUID HWMonitor a program that monitors the temperature of the GPU, CPU, etc.
You need to reinstall the drivers. If that doesn't work you will need to install the previous version
It worked, thanks.
Is CCC at it again? I remember for my brother's build a number of years ago CCC would give him BSOD's on a fresh load.
CCC was never good. Looks pretty ugly compared to the Nvidia control panel as well
