When i try to join any lan game with hamachi on my internet connection crashes. But if i try to do the same with my router connected everything works fine, but the problem is that my router is a lagy crap. Therefore i need to figure out whats causing this problem so i could play with my network cable connected directly to my pc. Also i haven't had any problems with hamachi till the last week, i don't remember changing any settings. Also i did a reinstall of my windows after this and still the same crashing thing. I also did shitloads of googling but that didn't help so its up to facepunch !
Why are you using that buggy exploit ridden pile of crap Hamachi in the first place. Play the normal way on normal internet servers, and if you must, put a password on them if you want them to be private.
Im not talking about steam and new games, im talking about old crappy games like red alert 2.

Hamachi is typically used when normal means of arranging multiplayer games is unavailable for some reason :colbert:

I was assuming it was something like "Waah, I can't forward ports for Gmod and don't know how so I use hamachi instead" because I've seen dozens of threads like it and it drives me crazy.
There is a RA2 LAN patch that wraps the IPX packets in UDP, though I've never used it. if you can find the port, you can port forward and have an internet game.
Have you tried installing an older version of Hamachi?

Yep, im using version 1.0.1.5 since version 2 dosen't seem to work with ra2.
Just sounds like Hamachi is making your DNS drop out. I suggest you don't allow your antiquated router to pick up the DNS just set it manually. I have the same problem sometimes with my internet in general (But I don't use shitty Hamachi)
This should solve the problem.
Still no use, any more ideas ?
