Is there any way to get an HD movie maker plugin for Vista Business? I don't want to go out and buy a program that does this because I am just making one movie, not hundreds. I don't want 2.6 because I need the zooming/panning effects, so is there any way this is possible?
Can't you just get the windows live movie maker? It can export to full HD.

Speaking of which, is there a way to get the version that was on Vista and older? I'm on 7 and the new one sucks horribly.

You can only get 2.6 which is the XP version.
