Hello, I want to upgrade my PC a bit for the summer. Budget is a maximum of 900$/6000 Swedish kronor/700 EUR/600 Pounds. Sites that can be used are: www.komplett.se www.webhallen.se www.inet.se (Webshop option when you visit the site) If you need help navigating on the sites you can either PM/add me on steam or use google translate function of Chrome (If you use it) Current specs are: Intel i5 2500k 4.4GHz 8GB RAM 1600MHz ASUS p8z68 v-pro Corsair 650w PSU EVGA GTX 670 Nothing major like mobo, cpu (I might upgrade to Haswell to Christmas but right now it's not economically a good choice for me) and gpu (Might get another 670 sometime but I can't afford that right now with everything else that has to be bought) , what I want to possibly upgrade is: Internal HDD; I currently have a 1TB hdd (no idea if 5400/7200RPM) and even with that + a 2tb external drive im quickly running out of space so I'm looking for a 7200RPM 2tb hdd (or bigger) Cpu fan/Heatsink; I currently have a Cooler Master Hyper 212+ (Don't think it's the EVO one, bought this in dec 2011) and it while it does get the job done even at 4.4GHz I feel like I possibly could do with a better one or just buy another cpufan to put on the other side of the heatsink (If that even helps/is recommended) Powersupply; I currently have a Corsair 650w PSU (No idea on the model and tbh it doesn't really matter atm) and while it works wonders and I've never had problems with it the cables are really thick and it's hard to have cablemanagement with it even with my case that has places for cable management in it (Corsair 500R) so if it's worth getting a PSU that somehow makes it easier to cable management, it might be worth it because it's hard to install parts or change stuff in the case because of the big ass cables (They're hard to move and "bend" since they're "wrapped" into some cloth/plastic something) A new monitor: I currently have a LG Flatron W2242S 1680x1050 (22" I believe, might be 21") and while it still works wonders and I've never had a single problem with it I'd like to get a 1920x1080 or even a 1920x1200 monitor to couple with it. Hell, this monitor doesnt even have DVI or HDMI. The monitor's I've been looking at is; http://www.webhallen.com/se-sv/hardvara/138127-dell_u2412m_ultrasharp-24-8ms-ips - Dell Ultrasharp u2412m 24" 8ms IPS at 1920x1200 for 2090SEK/2070£/$300/242€ http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=774683 - Asus 24" LED VG248QE 1920x1080, 144hz, 1ms, 80m:1 2999SEK (2590 SEK with coupon If I order it no later than sunday evening)/300£/346€/450$ I'd also like to go Dual Monitors sometime this year (Maybe even now if the price on the monitors are good) but I'm not sure If i need to buy 2 new monitors or If I can reuse my current one (as it only has VGA output and I'm using a DVI to VGA adapter to even use the monitor with my GPU. My total budget for this is a maximum of 900$/700€/600£/6000SEK and the products need to be linked from Swedish sites as the price on american/UK sites can be double the price on swedish sites. if you can't navigate the swedish sites I can gladly help you, other than that you should be able to use Chromes googletranslate function on the site (Not sure if Firefox can do this with a plugin or something like that. TLDR; New monitor(s), Internal HDD, CPU Fan/Heatsink, Powersupply. PSU and CPU fan is highly optional and won't be upgraded if it's not worth it.
I would wait until Haswell came out to upgrade. That way you don't end up buying duplicates and triplicates of things on accident. You're also likely to find deals on things around that time.
I'm not upgrading my mobo or cpu until at least Christmas.
