Alright, I have a nice desktop setup using Rocketdock, leaving my entire screen blank and generally looking awesome. Recently, I installed a thing called "Stack Docklet" Which allows you to store icons on offshoots of the dock, crowding it less. I thought nothing of it, and set it all up. Then, a disaster of epic proportions struck upon the next boot. The dock was gone, and of course, the default screen was in place. Now, it takes a long time to put this stuff together, and I depend on it for all shortcuts and stuff, so I was basically helpless. I have since deleted the Stack Docklet and all associated files and restarted, after including a test icon, but nothing works. It resets every time. Is there another dock out there, or a fix for this?
Hm. That sucks. I have rocketdock, but I've never had this problem. Have you tried re-installing it?
