Valve doesn't have a schedule. People are free to move to whatever department they choose in the company as and when they want to.

Other companies are busy trying to think of new ways for these same kids to waste their mom's money on.
First Valve gets into schools, brainwashing the children, those children take up jobs in the workforce, they group up in the workforce and start a socialist movement, that socialist movement gains pace as more and more workers group up, they strike; soon there will be gaps in transport, gaps in food production, gaps in services, eventually there will be a call for a new government; all hail GabeN.
