Looks like routine to me.
After all it is a big company merging with a even bigger company, so it's kinda understandable that the EU commission wants more info on it.

Months ago.
Hope this goes through, they aren't competitors so it's cool in my mind.
Now when competitors merge/get curbstomped it's an arsefucking for the consumer.
