Well I need a new monitor as I feel mines about to die since it smells like its burnt on the inside, my budget is $250 and I would like a 24" it will be for a gaming computer so I guess I need a resolution of 5ms or less.
if you have a bitchin fast GPU that throws most games you play way past 60 fps then you should look into a 120 hz monitor
but i doubt you have that so dont bother

I don't have the money for one and I really don't need one, anything higher than 60hz is enough for me.
