Highlander Blu-Ray any better than DVD one.?

I feel like re-wacthing Highlander 1986 Classic and want to know what's the differences is in the Blu-Ray one.?

like new sences or like bouns stuff.? anyways would it be better for me to rent/buy blu-ray Highlander even though I own DVD Highlander and just care about the main flim.?
