16:00 (4:00PM), Got a weekend nightly job.
I get up between 2pm and 6pm pretty much everyday. I have ME/CFS.
Between 1200 and 1600 hours.
I wake up at around 2PM on fridays, and then I usually don't go to bed until sunday evening, around 10PM, since I got to get up at 6AM the day after
I'm an early bird. :buddy:

It doesn't matter if I go to bed at 8 PM the night before, or 6 AM. I always wake up at noon for some reason.
If I don't get up before 11:00, I feel like shit for the rest of the day. Usually around 8:00 to 9:00.
6AM here, I just can't wake up late like 10am or something.
