Computer starts perfectly fine, then suddenly restarts as soon as it loads (urgent)

My work computer (at home) seems to be having a very serious issue with booting up. At first it booted up fine, then it took a few tries (it froze at the Windows Loading screen), then it'd freeze at the Welcome screen, and finally, today, it wouldn't start up at all. I unplugged all the cords and plugged them back in after a little while, and no luck.
Then it turned on perfectly fine. I didn't even click on anything while I waited for Steam to finish loading up so I could log in, and boom, computer restarts. No error message or anything, just goes black for a second and then to the HP loading screen. It didn't give me the option to boot in safemode, and there was no error message when the computer came back up.
...Then it happened again. And again. And again. It kept starting then restarting indefinitely so I had to shut it off. I can't access my hardware so I can't tell you my specs which I apologize for. Right now I'm on another computer in the house. Some help would be appreciated, as I have said it is my work computer and all of my files are on it. I haven't downloaded anything out of the ordinary and it's been doing this for as long as I can remember. Does anyone know a possible cause?
edit I turned off Automatic System Restart and it blue screened instead of restarting. But it wasn't the normal press any key blue screen, it was the kind that said it was due to hardware failure, which I know isn't possible because this setup is only a few months old and it's perfectly compatible. Booting in safe mode worked perfectly fine.
Might be a power issue?
Just in case could you post specs?
By the way
Just because you put urgent in the title doesn't mean we will help you faster.
In fact, some people might even take it as the opposite and not help at all.
Your power supply may be dying.
Alright, here are my specs, pulled from the Boot mode system information screen. That's as good as I'm able to do at the moment. I know my processor is pretty old, but other than that I'm okay. All of the parts are brand new, store bought in December.
Graphics card: ATI Radeon 4650
Processor: Intel Pentium 4 3.20 ghz
RAM: 3072 MB apparently
Running DX10 if that makes any difference.
Sounds like a heat problem, have you upgrade/mod'd your computer recently?
Start the computer in Safe mode, if it gets in, its a software or heat issue.
If you are able to get into safe mode, download and install and run HWMonitor, then post temps.
If you are unable to get into safe mode, try getting temps from your BIOS.
Alright, I went in with HWMonitor and here are the results:
Graphics processor + card (ASUS EAH4650):
Value 47 C
Min 45 C
Max 48 C
ST3320813AS (I'll be honest with you I have no idea what this is but I'm assuming it's the disk drive or processor):
Assembly: 28 C for all values
Air Flow: 28 C for all values
That's all it would give me. :T
What you need to do is next time it blue screens, tell us what the error code is (it'll be something like 0x0000007E). And just because it's fairly new doesn't mean the hardware may not have failed.
Sounds like faulty ram, try putting in one stick at a time, determine which stick is causing it.
What all did the bluescreen say?
