Shortly before the fabric of reality proceeds to beat the FCC chair into a bloody, vegetative pulp. Because with idiocy on that level, the laws of physics themselves should balk at the notion of allowing such an idiot to maintain such a lofty position of power for a second longer.
iirc correctly this is the same guy who didn't want images on the internet because "think of the children." Just because he is speaking correctly here doesn't change the arguments on the internet.
