Need some help with the Task Manager (windows, duh)

So, I'm just doddering around with task manager because some of my programs froze. So, accidentally, I click-and-dragged the settings tab, and now this has happened.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

so you're complaining about tiny footprint mode basically? (where file, options, view, etc are gone)

just double click the outer area (not necessarily the red border) and it should return back

or am i missing something completely
