This is the build. How many watts would I need for the PSU? (I'm an idiot with PSU's.)
GPU: GTX 260
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q8400 (2.66ghz) (own)
Mobo: XFX 790i (own)
RAM: 4GB DDR3 (2x2gb) G.Skill
I also have the CM storm scout if that means anything :f
I might be doing SLI in the future..
Get the PC Power And Cooling Silencer 500.
It's also not the watts that matters as much, you must look at the other specs such as the +12V rail amps and if it's of above par quality.
One of those cheap "XTREME" PSU's is going to explode before it delivers what is advertised.
Even a fully loaded i7 with dual GTX280's won't use more then around 300W, look up the actual power consumption.

Don't worry, OCZ make great psus, its the cheap ones labeled SUP3R 4W3SUM G4YMEN HARDCOAR3 PHA1TAL1TY 1337, that sell for 20$.

I think that was his intention though. To possibly say that maybe the other guy should clarify which "XTREME" power supplies he is referring to, as there isn't just one brand using that name for a PSU lineup.
