I dunno much about the series but we've gotten every game in the main series, except 5, and only 1 of the spin-off games.

Don't seem that far behind to me but then again I've never played a single game in the series sooo....

Yakuza 3 was the first I played and it is probably my absolute favorite PS3 game ever. I traded in my PS3 and all my games for it except Yakuza 3 just because it was just too good for me get rid of.

I don't understand.

I can't imagine the number of sales necessary to make localization worth it is that many. I would be amazed if they haven't turned a profit with every localized installment.

Fucking Japan gets Yakuza Ishin as a launch title for the PS4 (And a version for the PS3). Meanwhile the rest of us get dick squat. I have a PS4 and have yet to actually use it for anything other than movies.

Oh come on, Yakuza 3 and 4 are on the PSN store but are "disc only". I really wanted to play it now too.

I'm so happy all ps4 games will have digital releases alongside disc. It'll make those hard-to-find games much easier to purchase.

Still playing the copy of 5 I bought at Tsutaya, but I'm not going to be buying a PS4. The game is awesome, I dunno why they'd make you guys miss out, they'd make serious bank from a english release.
