That's the best gaming processor you can buy, and the best gaming GPU you can buy. I think it will max settings.
Seeing as it also has a newer Nvidia GPU, You'd also be able to record a lot of games on max settings at up to 60FPS, automatically compressed to .mp4, with minimal performance loss using shadowplay, if you wanted too.
