Sony Ericsson C901 or Samsung Ultra Touch. Which one?

I'm going to buy a new cellphone, because my old one died, and it has come down to these two.

The samsung ultra touch:

Sony Ericsson C901:

I've found them both for about the same prize, the C901 is a bit cheaper, but since I have no money left for a camera, the Samsung is a better choice, since it has a better camera.

In general I like Sony Ericsson, and I'm not too fond of touch cellphones, but the Samsung could be really great. So if anyone of you have used or are using either phone, tell me what you think about it, and help me decide. I need a conclusion before sunday, GMT+1 time.

Also, don't come in here suggesting other phones. I have decided to buy one of these, and that's final.

I think the C901 is a nice phone (I prefer SE in general) but the Samsung has an excellent AMOLED display with capacitive touchscreen (like an iPhone) so I'd pick the Samsung.

Also, are you getting these unlocked or not? Cause the C901 is cheaper unlocked, but it comes with less features.
