Whenever i have anything with a permanently-highlighted list(EG, Taskmanager or right click) I cannot click anything with LMB whatsoever, Is my mouse dying, Or is it a software problem?
I've tried:
* Restarting Windows
* Plugging the mouse into different USB ports

For right-click context menus i have to click the option twice before it will perform said action

Huh, Weird, popping the LMB out of the socket and back in a few times fixed it, maybe there was some dirt in it or something, I'll report back if problems reoccur though.
Sounds like a physical mouse problem. What brand/model is the mouse?
It's a cheap tesco Technika one, It doesn't matter now though, i've more than resolved the problem.
