im currently in europe on holiday and its a 20hr flight back to australia. i get bored as hell during flights and its pretty much impossible for me to sleep sitting up so i go nuts from boredom. would it be safe to take nodoz the night before the flight so i can stay up all night, and then when it wears off ill be super tired and be able to sleep on the flight?

any other way to make it so i can sleep on the flight? normally i sleep like a baby, but in the shitty upright position youre forced into in economy class, even sleeping for half an hour is a battle

Get a magazine on farming equipment or bus spotting or something equally dull and try to read it in low light levels (i.e. don't turn on the reading light). Your eyes will soon tire and sleep should naturally come after.
Sleeping pills would be the way to go if you are planning on taking anything to help you sleep really...
