Wow, that's kinda hot. I mean, tweaking the UI is pretty cool; the more customisation the better.
Thank God it will be on PC as well. Now we won't have to wait for a mod. Just re-read it. Nothing is mentioned about if the UI will actually cater to PC users, just a bunch of tweaks :(
This game just keeps looking better and better. I mean it looked pretty awesome when it was first announced a year or two ago, but now we've seen even more of it, it looks pretty damn good.
Everything about this game excites me
I think Dishonored is going to be a very good game, it's hard trying to not get hyped for this game after seeing the gameplay
I'm still skeptical about the gameplay for the non-stealth approaches. The stealth ones however, had me sold.

Seriously want this from what I've seen in the gameplay.
The problem with hype is that it will always push your expectations higher than what the game can actually deliver, no matter how good it is.
Maybe its just me, but I don't have this problem typically. Really, the only time its ever an issue is when a developer is misleading with their media. Otherwise, I don't have a problem really.
I remember when this was standard, not something to be praised.
I remember when this was standard, not something to be praised.
Uhh...full control of the UI has never been standard. I don't know what dream world you've been living in but in almost every game in history, UI control boiled down to it either all being on, or all being off, and maybe some colour adjustments. Not being able to toggle almost every aspect of it to behave contextually, or just be off at all times.
The only thing about this game that I've been put off about is the AI. In the stealth video, it seemed the AI was way too stupid. I hope that it was just for the demo purposes (like a lot of devs put on god mode for demo videos in case they can't play)

Its not exactly best to show people constantly dying and getting their ass handed to them when you want to show off how great your game is.

Dishonored reminds me more of System Shock than anything else. I cant quite see why though. Hopefully it'll be just as great.
Oh my god is that a revolving pistol in a flintlock style HNNNNNNGGGGGGGG
I think Dishonored is going to be a very good game, it's hard trying to not get hyped for this game after seeing the gameplay
after they released that gameplay vid where you can either assassinate some rich dude or send him to work as a slave in his own mine, i was sold
Fair enough, the UI looks really good, as does the game.
Here's hoping it isn't on Gamebryo...to be honest I barely even know what it is though.
Bethesda has their name on this game, it must be on an engine that even BETHESDA doesn't use anymore!
Here's hoping it isn't on Gamebryo...to be honest I barely even know what it is though.
for third time ITS FUCKING unreal engine 3 modified /house made version tough
Bethesda has their name on this game, it must be on an engine that even BETHESDA doesn't use anymore!
Bethesda only published this game. It's being developed by Arkane Studios rather than Bethesda Game Studios.
Bethesda has their name on this game, it must be on an engine that even BETHESDA doesn't use anymore!
While Dishonored has nothing to do with Gamebyro and Arkane isn't using it in anyway, I have to point out that the Creation engine for Skyrim is only a heavily modified form of Gamebyro. It still has many of the hallmarks of Gamebyro left in, and still plays in much the same way. It may have changed a number of things, but there are still plenty of things that carried over.
