Will a 650w antec PSU support a a 5750 or 4870 as well as Phenom II X4 955?
Also how good of a brand is Arctic power?
(sorry about the recent amount of threads I have been making, its just a load of quick questions)
I recommend a Corsair or OCZ PSU, they're both GREAT brands.
I'm not sure about Antec, though I hear a lot of good about them.
Antecs are fine, the earthwatts have a decent rep.
As far as I did my research it should support them with ease.

I would recommend you a 700wat PSU but 650wats is more than enough.
will 4gb of RAM bottleneck any of these?
Also how many connections to the PSU will a 5770 need?

Why?
You can use a 500w for that.
5770 uses 1 6 pin pci connector.
that will power 2 5870's
