I'm looking to host a website online (obviously), and I need help to find a good one. I'm in the UK, and don't want to spend loads of money on "helpful scripts" etc. I just want FTP access for myself, and preferably a free domain registration. I'm looking to pay a max of $9 a month.

I use vs-hs.com, it's great, cheap and the support is amazing. I've only used support tickets but the response is always amazingly fast and if you need it really fast you can talk to them on IRC.
