Upgrading PSU, Graphics Card and Motherboard and CPU

So, my friends upgrading his computer as its beginning to get kinda old.

He's got a budget of about $550, and already has 4gb ddr3 ram.

So far he's planning on buying:

ASUS P7H55-M motherboard
Intel Core i5 760
Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD5770 Super Overclock Edition
Gigabyte 550W Supurb PSU

Anyone got any suggestions?

If he's planning on using the computer for gaming, I would rather go for Phenom II/6870 or something along that line
