Looking for Web Developer/Designer (Or Recommendations)

So I'm looking for a good web developer. Not for instantanious work, the stuff I have in mind probobly won't be put into action for a few months yet when I hopefully get some spare time to persue other projects. I usually put together my 'projects' myself but it's getting to the point I just want ideas realized and it's just better all round to get someone who really knows what they are doing to do it. I would prefer a single or 2-person team type affair, I like giving my business to other small business' and I don't generally trust big companies with my ideas/projects. That might be based on no real evidence that big web dev companies steal ideas... but I just feel more comfertable working with smaller outfits.

The main project I have in my head at the moment would need someone who's got some knowledge with all the usuals (PHP/MySQL/CSS/Jscript etc) and also with Subscription Services.

So if you or someone you know fits the bill, post. Like I said, the work won't be for a few months yet but I'd like the time until then to get quotes and find just the right person(s) for the job.
