'Sup? I'm aiming to replace my GT8800 with another Nvidia/GeForce card. Mind I'm no techie or so so I don't know the difference, something that isn't ATi. Reason for not wanting ATi? Hardcore Nvidia fan. Or something.
is the Gainward Geforce GTX 460 1GB PhysX CUDA worth getting for around 170$?
if you're getting a gtx 460 cyclone is best
Yeah but that one bumps up the price however. 220$ for that one. Perhaps I'll get the 160$ cyclone one with 768mb on it.
what resolution?
1920*1080
And what games are you going to be playing? If you can, get the 1gb. It's not just a memory difference.
World of Warcraft, Black Ops and such. I don't really want to shell out 40$ more for 1GB when the 768mb one is 160$

768mb is for more monitors with resolutions of 1680x1050 and the like. It is worth the extra 232mb since you have a large resolution.
I'll get the GTX 460 normal one which has 1GB and stays at the same price.
