1. Overkill power supply, something like this will better serve your wallet and power requirements http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020 2. I've never heard of Cougar as a case company, not that I would write them off, but I'd prefer a more well known brand http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119216 3. On the cpu, what do you intend to use the computer for. If it's for gaming then go with an i5-3570k, but if you plan to do a lot of rendering and shizz then stick with what you've got. This ties in with point number 3, if you plan to do video rendering and stuff, 16GB of memory is a small recommendation to make. Possibly the CPU. I do plan on doing some video rendering, but it will mainly be for playing games.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817116014 Same internals as the Corsair, cheaper with rebate, bit more efficient, modular, and more pcie connectors
I should also add you will want a better heatsink for both the i5-3570k or the i7-3770k. Something like a Hyper 212 EVO will do better than a standard Intel cooler. Also, get the NZXT psu over the Corsair, it's a good recommendation. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

Also, I'm hoping to play Skyrim on the highest settings with the best graphical mods, along with BF3 on the highest and Borderlands 2 on the highest. Can this build do that? :)

I'm not entirely sure since it is still awhile until the public can use it and BF3 will run on high settings. Since you didn't state your resolution it is hard to tell. Yes, that power supply is compatible with your build. Almost every power supply on the market is compatible with any parts you put in a pc.

It's the highest my monitor supports.
