But this caught me off guard. They have my parent's email, and my parents are scared that they are getting "hacked" because I watch porn. Why and how the fuck did they get my parents email?

Most likely as these kinds of dodgy places make an extra buck by selling your info. It could also be info from a data leak somewhere, but the former sounds more like it in this case.

That's what I thought at first, but they didn't believe me, and I partially believed them as well since I do browse asian porn sometimes.
But some of them actually went in her regular inbox, and like 30 in her spam. I don't even get that kind of spam.
If your mother is the one getting the emails then its 99% she signed up for something with her email and your name and its just generic spam. In my opinion the only thing you have to worry about is her using your name for shit.

Yes. It means she registered your name into a spam list with their email. The emails aren't targeted and that same message is sent to thousands of others in that same list, so I wouldn't worry about it other than tell your mom to stop putting information into places she doesn't know.
